– Assisted thirteen communities involving 1,538 urban poor households to have security of shelter tenure through:

• Community organizing and training assistance
• Technical assistance to avail of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP) of Social Housing Finance Corp. (SHFC)
• Interim Financing Assistance for land acquisition

– Assistance in off city housing projects in partnership with various government and nongovernment institutions such as Asian Development Bank, Habitat for Humanity, LANDCO and Gawad Kalinga

– Facilitated the Japan Social Development Fund (JSDF) – Livelihood for Vulnerable Urban Communities (LVUC) project for Muntinlupa City together with the Foundation for Development Alternatives Inc. (FDA)

– Facilitated training programs and workshops for community volunteers in partnership with the Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)

– Facilitated the Kalusugan sa Muntinlupa project (funded by the American Women’s Club of the Philippines)

– Management of scholarship programs funded by private institutions and individuals
